👥 For Buyers
1. How do I place an order?
- Browse products by category or search.
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order and receive a confirmation email.
2. Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes! Our platform supports multivendor checkout. Each seller may have different delivery times and shipping fees.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT
- Normal EFT
- Cash on delivery (only available with select vendors)
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it in your account under “My Orders.”
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by seller and location. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
5. What is the return policy?
Each vendor sets their own return policy. Please check the product page or contact the vendor directly. If there’s an issue, our support team is here to help.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact the vendor through your order page. If unresolved, escalate to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
🛒 For Sellers
1. How do I become a vendor?
Click “Vendor login” on our homepage, fill out the registration form, and submit required documents. We’ll review and approve your store within 48 hours.
2. What are the fees for selling?
We charge:
- A listing fee (optional)
- A commission on each sale (varies by category and/or selected vendor package) Full details are available in your vendor dashboard.
3. How do I manage my inventory?
Log into your vendor dashboard to:
- Add/edit products
- Set stock levels
- Update pricing and descriptions
4. How do I receive payments?
Payouts are processed via bank transfer. You can track earnings in your dashboard.
5. Can I advertise my products?
Absolutely! You can buy credits to advertise and promote your products. See your vendor documents for further details.

1. How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a reset link via email.
2. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data without consent. Read our Privacy Policy.
